Finance and systems
advisory for companies
working across two markets.

SNP Capital Consulting is a Florida-based advisory firm. We work with owner-managed companies in Latin America and the United States on the unglamorous half of growth: financial planning that holds up, accounting that closes on time, and the systems that produce both.

What we do

Four practices.
No packages.

Every engagement is scoped and priced on its own. Most clients start in one practice and pull in a second once the first set of numbers lands.

  1. Financial advisory

Most companies we meet have accurate accounting and no forward view. We build the planning layer that closes the gap between what happened and what is about to.

    • Budgets and rolling cash-flow forecasts
    • Financial models and scenario analysis
    • Unit economics and margin review
    • Working capital diagnostics
  2. Accounting & controllership support

A close that lands on the same day every month, producing numbers management trusts enough to argue about. We supervise the process; your team or your firm keeps doing the bookkeeping.

    • Month-end close supervision
    • Management reporting packs and KPIs
    • Chart of accounts design and clean-up
    • Internal controls and approval workflows
  3. Technology & systems

Reporting is a systems problem before it is a finance problem. We choose, implement and connect the tools that produce the numbers — and we stay until the migration reconciles.

    • ERP and accounting system selection
    • Data migration and reconciliation
    • Process automation and reporting pipelines
    • Requirements definition and vendor management
  4. Project structuring

Analysis, documentation and coordination for projects that have to be explained to a lender, a partner or a board. We prepare the file and coordinate the specialists; the client signs and transacts directly with them.

    • Feasibility studies and business cases
    • Financial structuring analysis and documentation
    • Information packages for lenders and partners
    • Coordination with independent licensed advisors

Who we work with

Three situations,
one common thread

The company has outgrown the way it currently produces its numbers.

Companies operating across two markets

The entity is registered, the first invoices are out, and there is still no finance function on either side of the border. We build one that reconciles across both.

Owner-managed companies without a CFO

USD 1M to 50M in revenue, a bookkeeper or a small accounting team, and decisions that have outgrown both. We provide the layer between the two, at a fraction of a full-time hire.

Technology-based companies

Recurring revenue, deferred revenue, and a chart of accounts that was never designed for either. We rebuild the model and the reporting around how the business actually earns.

A company that invoices in two currencies, closes its books under two conventions and answers to two sets of counterparties does not have a reporting problem. It has a translation problem.

That translation is the work. It is slow, it is documentary, and it is the reason a lender, a partner or a tax authority on either side can read the same set of numbers and reach the same conclusion.

How it works

How an
engagement runs

Fixed steps, written at every stage. You can stop after step two and still be better off than when you started.

  1. Discovery call

    45 minutes · no charge

We establish whether the problem in front of you is one we are competent to solve. If it is not, we say so and, where we can, point you elsewhere.

  2. Diagnostic

    2–3 weeks · fixed fee

A time-boxed review of the finance function, the numbers and the systems behind them, delivered as a written report with findings and a prioritised plan. The report is yours whether or not we continue.

  3. Proposal & engagement letter

    Before work begins

Scope, deliverables, timeline, named lead and fee, in writing. No work starts on a handshake and no invoice arrives for something that was not in the letter.

  4. Execution

    Weekly sessions

We work alongside your team rather than around it, with a written deliverable at every milestone and a standing weekly session with the owner or the general manager.

  5. Handover or retainer

    Your choice

Either we document the process and hand it to your team, or we stay on a monthly retainer to run the close and the reporting cycle with you.

One set of numbers
both sides can read.

Start with a 45-minute discovery call, at no charge. If the problem is not one we can solve, we say so.
